Release notes for Gammu Gateway

1. Implemented things:
1. support for multiple devices in one time over cable, Bluetooth, infrared
   
2. info about each device (double click on Status Bar or menu option)
3. ability to sending SMS to many numbers (double click on Outgoing SMS log or menu option)
4. logs with incoming/outgoing sms
5. ability to create different types of logs from communication with device
6. general gateway log
7. ability to recover connections with device (entering PIN, etc.)
8. ability to support different devices - various Nokia phones and AT devices (A2D-1, MC35, etc.)
9. special internal structures of Gateway - when it hangs, no data are lost
10. ability to sending linked SMS
11. ability to sorting lists in main window (incoming/outgoing msg and gateway log)
12. very easy statistics about sending and receiving displayed in main screen

14. ability to calculating costs of sms sending
15. ability to checking, if another instance of Gateway is already run
2. Known issues:
1. Nokia 6210 sometimes after disconnecting doesn't display changes on the screen and restart once few seconds later. It's known issue of Nokia firmware in this series.
